Pricing

Two plans, priced per NetSuite account. The account pays, not the person, and everyone on the account can use SuiteMemo. Prices are in US dollars. You pay SuiteSQR LLC through Stripe; Google and Microsoft are not the seller.

Plans

Free

$0 per NetSuite account

50 notes, one per saved search. Production and sandboxes share them. Unlimited users.

  • Notes on the saved search list, edit page and results page
  • One running list of every note, searchable
  • Follows NetSuite permissions: you only see notes on searches that appear in your saved search list
  • Admin controls: see who has SuiteMemo on the account, set viewer or editor, choose which NetSuite roles count as admin (Administrator by default)
  • Export and import

Unlimited

$29 per month, per NetSuite account

or $290 per year. First month free. Unlimited notes, unlimited users.

  • Everything in Free
  • Note history: who changed each note and when, with restore
  • Generate description on your own AI key (coming soon)
  • Priority support

Notes are encrypted in transit and at rest. SuiteMemo never reads your search results or records.

The 50-note cap on Free

  • Under 50 notes, everything works.
  • At 50, reading and editing still work. New notes need Unlimited.
  • If an account drops back to Free with more than 50 notes (after a subscription ends), every note stays, readable and exportable, but nobody can edit or add notes until the account is under 50 or back on Unlimited. Deleting notes still works, so you can get back under the cap.
  • Nothing is ever deleted by a plan change.

The first month free

  • Free needs no sign-up and no card. Install SuiteMemo and it works.
  • Unlimited starts with a free month. You choose Unlimited in SuiteMemo's Settings, sign in with your email and enter a card on Stripe's checkout page. Nothing is charged for 30 days. Stripe emails you before the first charge.
  • Cancel any time in the billing portal (Settings, then "Manage billing"). Cancel inside the 30 days and you are never charged; the account goes back to Free at the end of the month.
  • The person who pays must be an admin on the NetSuite account. Nobody else needs to sign in.

When a subscription ends

  • The account goes back to Free at the end of the period you paid for. Every note stays.
  • With 50 notes or fewer, the account works as a Free account. With more than 50, notes are read-only until the account is under 50 or back on Unlimited, as described above.
  • Note history is kept but hidden until the account is back on Unlimited.
  • Export always works. Nothing is deleted.

Terms of sale

DRAFT for the owner. The refund policy below is a proposal and is not in force until SuiteSQR LLC approves it. The full text is in the Terms of Service, sections 4 to 7.

Who sells it

SuiteMemo subscriptions are sold by SuiteSQR LLC. Payments are processed by Stripe. Google (Chrome Web Store) and Microsoft (Edge Add-ons) are not the seller and do not handle payment, refunds or support for SuiteMemo.

Billing

  • You subscribe from SuiteMemo's Settings page, which opens a Stripe checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe and are never seen or stored by SuiteMemo.
  • One subscription covers one NetSuite account, including its sandboxes, for as many users as you have.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (month or year) at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
  • Taxes: [owner: state whether sales tax or VAT is added at checkout].
  • Invoices and receipts are on the Stripe billing portal: Settings, then "Manage billing".

Refunds

  • If you ask within 14 calendar days of your first charge, you get a full refund of that charge. Email support@suitememo.com from the address you signed in with.
  • After that, payments are not refunded, in full or in part, including for the unused part of a period.
  • Renewals are not covered by the refund window. Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged again.
  • This does not limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live.

Cancelling

  • Cancel any time on the Stripe billing portal (Settings, then "Manage billing"). The account keeps Unlimited until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
  • After that, the account is on Free and the 50-note cap applies, as described above. Export still works.
  • Deleting your sign-in is different from cancelling. "Delete my sign-in" removes your email and your link as the payer; it does not cancel the subscription, which keeps running for the account. Cancel in the billing portal first if you want it to stop.

Price changes

If we change prices, the new price applies from your next renewal after we tell you by email at least 30 days ahead. You can cancel before then.
